MANAGEMENT SUMMARY

Andra HinesFounder, Chairman/CEO Started his career at the early age of 14 when he recorded his first album with a local band in Detroit where he grew up. Andra grew up around music legends, with Motown right up the street from his high school Andra got to see many of his heroes. One of his biggest musical influences was Queen Funk aka Maillia Franklin (of "Brides of Funkenstein"). She allowed him to sit on her basement stairs to watch P-Funk rehearse daily, which exposed him to such incredibly talented musicians. This experience ignited his passion for music and caused him to pursue his music career. Shortly thereafter, Andra met a local musician by the name of "Cory Blake". Cory and Andra immediately clicked and started working together and formed a band known as “Blake & Hines.” After playing around town, they caught the ear of manager Forest Hamilton. Shortly thereafter, they were signed to Motown Records by Smokey Robinson himself. “Blake & Hines” then went on to sign with Larry Blackmon of the funk group "Cameo" (who was also managed by Forest Hamilton) record label. Andra spent time with Larry Blackmon learning the actual Business of Music, which inspired Andra to leave Blake & Hines, return home, and start his own record label.

Andra returned home and teamed up with his younger brother, a popular Detroit D.J., by the name of Duncan Hines, who was part of the Rap Group "Detroit's Most Wanted" and together they became known as “The Hines Brothers” who became some of the most sought after producers. Not only were they producers, but single-handedly ran several record labels in the Detroit area, handling everything from marketing, to tracking retail. Andra and his brother Duncan relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area to work exclusively with MC Hammer as staffed producers. They produced music for Hammer as well as several artists.

Andra moved to the Los Angeles area where he started a new record label called "HB Music.” They secured a Distribution Deal with Navarre and released two albums/CD's "Big Fellas" & "Da Booty Snatchaz.” Andra produced music and worked with artists such as: El Debarge, Howard Hewitt, Jesse Johnson, MC Hammer, Bret Michaels (of Poison), Ralph Tresvant (of New Edition), Tomi Jenkins (of Cameo), and Mallia Franklin (of P-Funk) just to name a few. Andra began creating music for T.V. and Film on a variety of projects. As Andra's music catalog grew, he caught the ear of an Opus 1 executive and signed a deal with "Allen Ett Music Group" to license Music for T.V. and Film. Andra's music can be heard today in many Movies and TV shows.
